香港中文大學校友盃足球賽由多個中大校友組織所舉辦, 目的為提供開心而且精彩的足球盛事與各中大校友, 相聚夏鼎基.
第一屆中大校友盃於2007年舉辦, 一共有12支校友隊伍參與!!!
2008年10月12日, 於四個校友組織協辦下, 成功完成!!!
